Ordering Online

When you place an order online, you will receive an online confirmation that your order has been received, including an order reference number. We suggest keeping your confirmation until you receive your order just in case you need to check the order status. When your order has been shipped, you will again receive an e-mail shipping confirmation.

Ordering by Telephone, Mail or Fax

Ordering by Phone:
When ordering by credit card dial your international access code and 61 2 9980 2099. If we are unable to take your phone call leave a message with your phone details (make sure you give full phone number details, this includes your country, and your local area code). We will return your call at a time suitable to your international time zone.

Ordering by Mail:
Fill in the
order form completely and post it to:

order form 24 hours a day by dialling your international access code and 61 2 9980 2199.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Credit Card:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Bankcard. Write in the complete credit card number, with the expiration date, sign your name, and then print your name as it appears on your credit card in the spaces provided on our order form.

International Draft:
Most banks worldwide provide this. Make it out to TALL JEANS and payment amount must be in Australian Dollars.

Australian personal cheque:
To be made out to TALL JEANS, and note goods will not be sent until cheque has cleared (usually 5 working days).

Australian Bank cheque:
To be made out to TALL JEANS, and goods will be dispatched upon receipt.

Australian money cheque:
To be made out to TALL JEANS and goods will dispatched upon receipt.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Tall Jeans stands behind the quality of the merchandise we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with an item that you have purchased, we will be happy to honour your request for an exchange or refund. The customer should pay all shipping charges for returns and exchanges. If items arrived damaged, or if an error was made in processing your order, Tall Jeans will reimburse you for postal expenses. Return all goods to:

Refunds will not be made until receipt of merchandise. The goods should be in good condition and still have tags attached. We allow 30 days after receipt of goods to be returned to us. Also note we do not allow refunds or exchanges for special orders made for sizes we do not normally keep in stock.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping carrier:
Merchandise will be shipped via Australia Post and should arrive within 10 - 14 days of shipping date for international orders and within 3 - 5 days for orders within Australia.

Shipping delays:
Occasionally, a delay in the shipment of merchandise may occur due to customs. If merchandise has not been received within the specified time, contact us.

Shipping charges:
Australia - Flat rate $7.00. Exchange items are free of charge.
New Zealand. - Flat rate $15.00
International Orders - $30.00 and $10 for every extra item.
When items are returned it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for postage. Postage will only be reimbursed if an error was made in processing your order or goods arrived damaged.

Duties and taxes:
Customers should be aware that you may be subject to local government duties and taxes within your own country. All charges are the responsibility of the customer. The charges vary from country to country, but we are aware that in the US anything over $US200 may be subject to taxes.
